Eligibility Window

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Items without original packaging or tags

Return Process

  2. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to ship the item back.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
